10/10 Rae. Wow! is a close as one can get, not enough words, no praise high enough for this gem.


"Tell me about your house" - winning words.

After engaging with four agents several weeks pre-market and with much work still to be done (all given the same brief - bring your vision), this invitation was music to my ears. This was a clear demonstration of Rae's passion and commitment to understanding the property she was about to take to market. This was not just 'another house' to sell, it was a home with its' own unique character and Rae was determined to uncover as much as she could to enhance the sale process not only for me as the vendor, but also so she could converse accurately with the prospective purchaser.

Rae never faltered, understood my vision, my circumstances, my budget and her guidance through the sale preparation period was invaluable. Rae has some awesome 'winning edge' marketing strategies (I'll let Rae tell you about them), knows her market and has a delightfully happy, warm personality whilst maintaining those all-important skills of communication and professionalism in a very 'down to earth' manner.  Every time I encountered an obstacle Rae had the answer and knew who to contact to get the job done. Her encouragement was so welcome and comforting on the days that presented a challenge. Once the property went to market, Rae put her all into ensuring a great outcome. Her communication throughout this time was exemplary, she loved introducing prospective purchasers to 'Cambridge Cottage' with the original doorbell (ding dong - Avon calling) and simply enjoyed being at the property. Her hour-long open homes also offered a much more relaxed viewing opportunity, after all this is a huge financial commitment and I truly believe a house speaks and embraces, so why not give it the opportunity to find the right owner/s.
