Anyone can sell a beautiful house.  Ours started as a house in need of some renovation, but we were smart enough to start talking to Paul early.

He advised us on what to fix and what not to fix and put us in contact with reliable and proficient tradesmen.  He kept in contact and listed our property 'silently' when he thought it had reached a point where he could demonstrate it's potential.

We didn't expect many buyers at that stage, but Paul maintained a steady stream of prospective buyers, keeping us updated and giving feedback all the way.  Fairly soon Paul had matched our house with a couple that valued the strong points of our property and negotiated a price that we were happy with.

I find it hard to fault the service Paul has provided, he made us feel that we were his only and most important clients, even though our property was at the lower end of the value scale.
