Initially after receiving some professional advice from Rae it was decided to do some extensive work on the property in order to achieve a premium price and Rae was very proficient at procuring the services of tradesman at short notice. 

Once the property was ready for market Rae’s team of photographers captured the best possible images of the property including internal and external drone footage.   She also formulated a carefully crafted marketing plan and because the property was difficult to establish true market pricing, we adopted an expressions of interest campaign which in hindsight was an extremely prudent decision. 

Through excellent market feedback I was confident that once I received a cash offer, I knew that I was achieving the best possible price. 

Throughout the sale period Rae was extremely supportive towards me and also established an excellent relationship with prospective buyers, feeding back to me their opinions of the property.
